Wix is a haunted woman. She describes the 'damned' that she has witnessed: those entities who seem to know and claim her. She speaks softly to a young woman in a small room.

A strange voice booms out as she sits elsewhere. Her young daughter is with her, but does not hear it's growling threats. The girl plays with a syringe her mother has just used. This thing that speaks is the one of many Wix fears most. It is after her. It wants her; will remove any trace of her, and will have the young daughter as well.

The young woman in the small room quizzes Wix: where is the girl now?

The memories flow. Wix goes back to an earlier time: one of life and grace as the two walk with light in their lives. They experience joyous days in pure nature.

Wix explains to the other woman how her life, once in balance, is now out of control. She begins to see what she first only heard. Strange people appear into their lives and call for the child. One promises to reunite Wix and her deceased lover. The twisted soul wants 'a ride' in return.

Wix needs her Gabriel. He was their life. The mother and daughter walk in darkness since he is gone.

Wix wakes into herself. She has neglected her child. The two spend time together until Wix’s bizzare existance finally breaks down.

Molly, a mutant ghost, comes to Wix and mocks her as she is instantly with child. The little girl is gone; and she writhes with the agony of child birth.

Back in the small room the young Ann accuses Wix of being delusional.

Wix births the child as the Mutant laughs. It glows with life and the there is magic between the two. This extra-dimensional hoax leaves Wix holding a flaring ball of light.

Wix is out of her wits back in the small room. The young woman taunts her. She claims to be her daughter.

Wix is wild and runs out and into the bleakness of anywhere/nowhere. Running till exhaustion then running more she discovers the desperate ghost of an earlier time. The one that 'wanted a ride' seems to be the only thing that makes sense. If he can help her find her love...

They track down the 'meat man' for a date with the ghost. Wix easily attracts him. Everything, however, does not go as planned...
